PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create courses aligned with learning outcomes and encourage student engagement.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse students and promotes critical thinking.
- Use various assessment methods to evaluate student progress and ensure they meet course objectives.
- Support students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and students to enhance academic and professional development.
- Master’s Degree
- Experience with Blackboard Learning Management System preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written
- Experience working with a diverse student population, including multilingual students, desired
- A strong commitment to the open access mission of the community college
