About the Role

RIT’s Department of Cybersecurity within the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences (GCCIS) seeks adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions in cybersecurity topics.
• Develop and grade assignments, exams, and projects.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students.
• Hold regular office hours for student consultation.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure course alignment with program objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a closely related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Relevant industry experience or teaching experience in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with current trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
