About the role

The School of Pharmacy seeks an adjunct faculty member to be an exam proctor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students while taking exams each period to maintain exam security and avoid any type of cheating
• Ensure students have necessary materials (laptop, pass codes for exams, paper, writing utensils, etc.)
• Understand, interpret, and apply pertinent rules and procedures
• Enforce time limits and compliance with other examination procedures
• Notify appropriate personnel when exam equipment malfunctions
• Report rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations
• Record attendance of exam takers
