Adjunct Clinical Medical Assistant Instructor

About the role

Lincoln Land Community College is seeking qualified, part-time instructors to teach for the Clinical Medical Assistant program. The position will include classroom and hands-on laboratory teaching.

Responsibilities

• Preparing lessons and updating course syllabi as needed
• Evaluating and assisting students
• Keeping accurate records of student performance, including following grading procedures
• Providing students with timely feedback
• Collaborating with the program coordinator to address and resolve student concerns, proactively identifying potential barriers to a positive learning environment, and promptly reporting and managing any incidents that may arise in the classroom setting
• Utilizing instructional technology in support of the teaching/learning process
• Developing, integrating, evaluating and reviewing student learning outcomes
• Tracking consumable lab supply inventory and working with program coordinator to ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Design and ensure digital class content meets accessibility standards
