ADJUNCT CLINICAL FACULTY MSN I (PRN)-Centra College-PEDIATRICS Specialty -16hrs/week

Responsibilities

• Inspires and motivates students through enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and nursing
• Utilizes technology appropriately in classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical to enhance the teaching-learning environment
• Identifies individual learning styles and unique learning needs of the students
• Uses assessment, evaluation, and evidence-based data to enhance the teaching-learning process and course development
• Sets up accurate student records to the Associate Director or designee upon completion of course(s)
• Maintains current course content in keeping with current trends, research findings and current knowledge base
• Implements a variety of teaching strategies appropriate to learner needs and desired learner outcomes, content, and content
• Provides timely, constructive, and thoughtful feedback to learners
• Designs evidence-based teaching and evaluation practices by drawing on existing literature
• Possesses positive contributions to college scorecard metrics
• Possesses positive contributions to achievement of the colleges accreditation standards and criteria

Qualifications

• Required Education: Masters Degree
• Required Experience: Pediatric/Maternal Child Nursing experience

Salary Range

$40 / Hour
