Primary Responsibilities
- Create courses aligned with learning outcomes to promote active student participation.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages problem-solving and intellectual curiosity.
- Utilize various assessment methods to evaluate student progress and ensure alignment with course objectives.
- Support students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals by providing a safe and respectful learning space.
- Influence and lead within academic and professional communities, fostering collaboration and teamwork among peers and instructors.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and Teaching, Education, or a related field.
- Preferred knowledge of Brightspace Learning Management System.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, necessary for interacting with diverse groups of staff and students.
- Desired experience working with a diverse, multilingual student population, along with a commitment to the college's open access mission.

Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $800.00 - $943.00 per contact hour. Benefits information can be found here.
