Adjunct-Chemistry

About the role

This position is for adjunct teaching assignments at Viterbo University. Positions are filled on an as-needed basis and are ongoing. Courses may include lecture and/or lab sections of General Chemistry, Introduction to Chemistry, Chemistry for Health Sciences, and Organic Chemistry. Assignments can be in-person, online, or blended.

Responsibilities

- Teach lecture and/or lab sections of specified courses. - Work with deans or department chairs to fulfill teaching needs. - Be available for potential last-minute teaching assignments.

Requirements

- Hold a master's or higher in the discipline or subfield in which you teach. - Alternatively, hold a master's degree in a related field and have 18 credits directly in the subfield you will teach or a master's in an unrelated field, with recent professional experience and expertise.
