About the role
The School of Visual + Performing Arts, Department of Architectural + Design Studies at Endicott is seeking adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate and graduate Architectural Studies and Interior Architecture courses for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Responsibilities
- Teach foundational Architectural Studies and major-specific courses including Architectural Sketching, Building Information Modeling (REVIT and RHINO), and Interior Hospitality Studio.
- Deliver courses in-person unless otherwise noted, meeting as indicated above.
- Comply with Massachusetts pay transparency laws, with a pay range of $4,700-$4,800 per course.
- Adhere to Endicott’s academic policies as outlined in the Faculty Handbook.
- Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.
- Meet deadlines for roster verification and grade submission.
- Communicate with the dean or administrators if issues arise regarding specific classes.
- Provide samples of student work for assessment purposes.
- Communicate with students using Endicott email outside of class.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master’s degree is required.
- College-level teaching experience is preferred.
