Responsibilities

• Optimize user interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience
• Implement and maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive information
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the platform to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement changes based on user needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or IT operations
• Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
• Experience with database management systems and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git
