Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or IT support.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of API design and integration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
