Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on product design, research & development, marketing and manufacturing teams to create highly functional products or services that are profitable and meet user needs
- Manage creating builds and production schedule with Operations Manager
- Assist in part organization
- Aid in quality control efforts when needed
- Conduct and/or use research on user experience and needs, current market trends and general functionality
- Work closely with the research and development team to integrate new improvements into designs and with quality team to ensure that quality standards are met
- Ability to maintain 3D equipment – HP training is required for this at ABCorp at employee expense
- Ability to use engineering inspection equipment
- Other duties in the department as business needs arise
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Design, Civil or Electrical engineering or related field
- Advanced computer skills
- CAD Knowledge, NX, OnShape, AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Materialize Software or 3D printing software knowledge
- Analytical & Numeracy skills
- Additive Manufacturing Experience a Plus

- Willing to roll their sleeve up and work with hands to fix equipment
- Able to lift 50lbs
