Addictions Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
- Be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members.
- Provide oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
- Work to build relationships with community partners and organizations.
- Build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and teamwork.
Requirements
- LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required. LCAC preferred.
- Requires knowledge of human development and behavior.
- Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory.
- Independent judgment.
- An ability to identify alternative actions.
- 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.

Qualifications
Must have a current license as a LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or LCAC.
Skills
