About the role
Join Lahey Hospital and Medical Center’s nationally recognized and growing psychiatry practice. Advance your career as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with our newly established hospital-based addiction consultation team and work with a robust multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in growing the new hospital and ED-based addiction consultation service with a team of highly respected professionals including MDs, social workers and recovery support navigators
- Work in a collegial and caring work environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Support patients in their journey towards recovery
Requirements
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) certification
- Experience in addiction consultation or related field
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Current licensure to practice as an APP in Massachusetts
- Experience in hospital-based settings preferred
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of addiction treatment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in electronic health record systems

Pay
The pay range listed for this position is $56.25 - $105.00 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
