Responsibilities

• Administer medications and injections
• Manage patient assessments and vital signs
• Educate patients on treatment and safety
• Schedule appointments
• Document in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric or substance use settings
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or LPN certification with State Medication Administration Certification
• Valid LPN license
