Responsibilities
- Administer medications and injections
- Manage patient assessments and vital signs
- Educate patients on treatment and safety
- Schedule appointments
- Document in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric or substance use settings
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or LPN certification with State Medication Administration Certification
- Valid LPN license
