Addiction Counselor - Substance Recovery & Group Therapy

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through medically assisted treatment programs and coping strategies for opioid addiction.
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions.
• Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with clinicians to improve treatment outcomes.
• Perform initial assessments and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Develop discharge and aftercare plans to support long-term recovery.
• Engage with families when appropriate to foster a supportive environment.
