Responsibilities
- Manage client case records ensuring they meet relevant standards and quality assurance.
- Aid residents in creating their individualized treatment plan within 24 hours of intake.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in writing clinical case notes.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with clinical and administrative staff in a team environment.
- Complete bio-psycho-social assessments.
- Develop and document client treatment plans and progress notes.
- Document additional treatment care follow-ups as needed.
- Attend clinical meetings and remain informed about relevant clinical events and activities.
Qualifications
- Certified by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists (ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD).
About the Role
Allcare Treatment Services, LLC is dedicated to providing comprehensive substance abuse treatment programs. The program operates from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday.
