As a Quality Auditor in Nefab PolyFlex, you will join a growth‑journey team in McMinnville, TN, reporting to the Quality Lead, and help ensure products meet or exceed standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve quality issues during production runs.
• Review First Article dimensions and complete a first part approval per standard procedure on all start‑up jobs.
• Inspect the last tagged part in containers delivered to final audit per standard procedure.
• Report any problems or discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
• Report any unresolved problems or discrepancies to the Plant Manager and Quality Lead immediately.
• Enter a non‑conformance for any defective or mislabeled product.
• Place a hold tag on each container and arrange for the defective product to be moved to the Quality Hold area for disposition.
• Contribute to plant quality and quality processes.
• Assist with the training program for new Quality personnel.
• Assist in the APQP/PPAP process.
• Be part of overseeing the quality operations in the manufacturing facility.
• Work with the Quality Lead to ensure quality auditors are performing their responsibilities to standard.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing/quality function.
• Additional training in quality methods, tools and techniques.

Qualifications

Formal education is a bonus but not required.

Skills

• Two or more years of leadership experience.
