About the role

Provide Community Equipment delivers and installs vital equipment and adaptations to customers, essential to support daily living needs and aid their independence.

Responsibilities

• Install minor adaptations and assistive equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections and servicing of lifting equipment provided to customers, in line with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), in both professional and private dwellings.
• Ensure customer, stock, inspection, and servicing records on the warehouse management system are up-to-date and accurate at all times.
• Proactively monitor inspection and servicing due dates to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Identify areas of operational non-compliance, implement continuous improvements, and share best practices.
