Ad Tech & Integrations Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Ad Tech & Integrations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the technical strategy and execution for ad tech and martech integrations, with a strong emphasis on API and data share design. You will partner closely with engineering and executive stakeholders to define integration requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure live integrations operate reliably. The position also carries responsibility for documentation, partner-facing technical discussions, and ongoing production support, helping create scalable integration capabilities across the organization and its external ecosystem. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $225,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Define technical requirements for integration points, including APIs and data shares Lead integration capability deliveries alongside engineering teams Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation for internal and external use Oversee maintenance and resolution of issues for live integrations Represent integration capabilities in partner technical discussions, translating business needs into technical requirements Qualifications 15+ years of experience in ad tech and martech integrations Proficiency in APIs (REST, GraphQL) and data share architectures Strong technical understanding of authentication protocols and emerging standards like MCP Proven experience defining integration requirements and detailed specifications Expertise in technical documentation, making complex systems accessible to diverse audiences Comfort with production system maintenance, monitoring, and incident response Ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders on integration strategies Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Commuter benefits and spending accounts Life insurance and disability coverage Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
