About the role
The Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management (Ad Operations Specialist) will play a critical role in driving monetization and operational excellence across Vizio on-platform supply. This individual will lead initiatives focused on supply partner management, yield optimization, and revenue growth, while ensuring seamless demand integrations across multiple ad technologies. Working cross functionally with external partners, Product and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive inventory performance through deep data analysis across fill rate, CPM, win rate and bid density, translating insights into optimization strategies that improve overall revenue yield and efficiency.
- Own and optimize demand waterfall configuration, strategically prioritizing direct, PMP, and programmatic demand sources to maximize competition, reduce latency, and increase monetization performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Product teams, as well as external demand partners to implement technical optimizations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and inventory performance, building insights to identify revenue opportunities, supply constraints, and underperforming segments for targeted optimization.
- Serve as the primary Ad Operations technical point of contact, managing supply partner relationships.
- Apply strategic forecasting and yield optimization principles to align inventory allocation with business goals, continuously testing and refining demand pathways to drive incremental revenue growth.
Requirements
- Robust experience in video advertising within a premium publisher, SSP, DSP, or ad serving platform; CTV experience required.
- Deep hands-on expertise with digital ad servers and the ad tech ecosystem, including supply side platforms and monetization strategies.
- Proven experience managing supply partners and driving optimization initiatives that improve revenue performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics platforms, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, project management, and process oriented mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area.
- Option 2: 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 in Irvine, California, and $77,000.00 - $143,000.00 in Denver, Colorado. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
