ACUTE RN - NIGHT SHIFT
About the role
Coulee Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their night-shift team. This full-time position provides care in both the Acute and LTS departments, supervising care given by LPNs, HCAs, NACs, and other non-license personnel.
Responsibilities
- Address patient concerns promptly and gather necessary information for providers
- Supervise care provided by LPNs, HCAs, NACs, and other non-license personnel
- Act as a patient advocate across newborn to geriatric care
Requirements
- Current RN license required
- Acceptable ACLS, NRP, and PALS/ENPC certifications, or must be obtained within one year of hire date
Qualifications
- Experience in acute and long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Pay
The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility based on an evaluation of the roles' duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Schedule
