Acute Registered Nurse

About the role

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking an Acute Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires familiarity with dialysis and hospital emergency procedures, along with the ability to care for dialysis patients in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and judgment to care for dialysis patients in an acute care setting.
• Ensure an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all patients in a safe, secure environment.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers to plan and complete job duties with appropriate supervision.
• Maintain basic life support (BLS) and current CPR certifications.

Requirements

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, including at least 3 months in hemodialysis; 18 months of nursing experience and 6 months in dialysis preferred.
• Critical care experience (ICU/CCU) is preferred but not required.
• Home dialysis experience preferred but not required.
• Meet all state/licensing requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

Pay

$40.00 - $45.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
