Acute Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to patients
• Indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
• Adhere to departmental policies, standards of treatment, and organizational values

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure and BLS certification

Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience with adult and geriatric patient care

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
