Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse - Part Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans.
• Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs to tailor care accordingly.

Qualifications And Skills

• RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than two years preferred.
