Acute Hospital Speech Therapist - PER DIEM

About the Role

Provides objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with departmental policies and referral guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
• Current or provisional licensure in the applicable state
• Certification from the American Speech-Hearing Association within one year of hire
• BLS certification (must be current before independent patient care)
• Ability to respond to emergency situations

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience
• Preference for candidates experienced in caring for patients of all ages
