Acute Dialysis Services Program Manager - RN

About the role

Oversee quality patient care in a healthcare facility, supervising inpatient staff and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate short- and long-term objectives, monitor costs, staffing, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain proper staffing, scheduling, and safety protocols across contracted facilities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff; handle hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, participate in accreditation surveys, and prepare quality data reports.
• Manage clinical treatments such as dialysis and related services, overseeing documentation and billing.
• Perform treatments as needed to support staffing and high census periods.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, infection control, and technical communication with management teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN graduate from an accredited school; current licensure required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency in healthcare operations and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Additional Information

Willingness to travel between facilities, participate in off-hours troubleshooting, and engage in continuous staff training. The role involves interaction with patients, staff, and external agencies to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
