Schedule, Locations & Team

• Full-time schedule designed for better work-life balance
• Work Week: Four days per week
• Hours: Day shift, starting between 7-8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census
• We offer a consistent rotation of every other Saturday
• A shared holiday rotation
• On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation
• Weekday Coverage: Monday through Friday, from 7 PM to 7 AM
• Weekend Coverage: A continuous block from 7 PM Saturday to 7 AM Monday
• Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Saginaw/Bay area, including Covenant Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital - Saginaw, McLaren Bay Region, McLaren Bay Special Care - Rehab, and McLaren Central Michigan
• Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification
• Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
