Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients throughout.
• Gather patient stats, initiate and terminate treatment, and collect blood samples.
• Prepare, clean, and disinfect dialysis machines, and perform safety checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care experience preferred.
• Comfort with mixing acids and bicarbonate, and color recognition.
• Successful completion of a USRC training program and CPR certification.
• Patient Care Technician certification within 18 months, maintained in good standing.
