About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and home care needs.
- Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as case managers, social workers, and therapists.
- Developing and documenting individualized care plans, communicating across the care continuum.
- Utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Requirements
- RN licensure required.
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
- No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher education.
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a fast-paced environment.
