Acumatica ERP Specialist

About the role

Bathing Brands is seeking an Acumatica ERP Specialist to join the Enterprise Systems team. This role is fully remote and open to residents of Illinois or Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Support Acumatica users across the organization and help troubleshoot system and process issues.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and coordinate with external partners or Acumatica Support when needed.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access.
• Build and maintain Generic Inquiries, dashboards, notifications, business events, and other Acumatica configurations.
• Learn and support business workflows across various departments including Sales, Customer Support, Tech Support, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, Finance, Product Catalog, Product Development, Production, Projects, Marketplace, and Field Service.
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing for updates, fixes, new features, and integrations.
• Create clear, useful documentation for system processes and user procedures.
• Help train users and support the rollout of new functionality.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, improve data quality, and make Acumatica work better for our teams.
• Support ERP initiatives and integrations alongside the VP of Enterprise Systems, business leaders, internal teams, and external technology partners.

Requirements

• Experience working with or supporting Acumatica ERP.
• A strong understanding of ERP systems and how business processes connect across departments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in understanding how things work.
• The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow problems through to resolution.
• Experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, dashboards, security, and configuration tools is preferred.
• Experience with system testing, documentation, and user training is preferred.
• Experience in distribution, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, service, or eCommerce is a plus.
