Responsibilities
- Calculate financial outcomes using mathematics and statistical principles
- Develop and refine valuation methodologies for program efficacy
- Analyze complex claims and clinical datasets for valuation models
- Ensure adequate cash reserves for future benefit payments
- Determine equitable distribution of insurance benefits
- Engage in merger and acquisition analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years actuarial experience required
- PREFERRED: Member of the American Academy of Actuaries
- PREFERRED: Experience in government-funded healthcare or Value-Based Care analytics
