ACTT Nurse

Job Responsibilities

• Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan
• Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending community support plan meetings, developing plans as requested
• Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications
• Aiding team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carrying out teaching as indicated

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Bachelor’s of Nursing preferred
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred
• Valid drivers license (including personal vehicle insurance coverage)

Working Conditions

• You will work in both an office and residential (home) and community setting, with varying degrees of background noise.

Compensation

Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for full-time employees, paid in three increments: a. $400 after 3 months
b. $800 after 6 months
c. $800 after 12 months
