Responsibilities
- Communicate the Vitality philosophy and the benefits of participating to staff and residents.
- Assist with activities that promote mental, physical, and spiritual health.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Memory Care/Dementia Care.
- CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient attitude.

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full Time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, day shift. Holiday and weekend availability preferred.
