Activity Assistant
What You’ll Do
- Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
- Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar
- Engage residents in group and individual activities
- Meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
- Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine care and compassion for residents
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Able to engage residents with enthusiasm and creativity
- Excellent attendance and reliability
