Activity Security Representative (ASR) II
About the role
The Activity Security Representative (ASR) II provides multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position supports Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Responsibilities
- Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
- Absorb and maintain a document accountability database and associated correspondence
- Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
- Perform destruction of classified materials
- Support reproduction support for classified materials
- Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control
- Absorb and assist in the processing of inbound and outbound visit notices
- Absorb and escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs
- Absorb and assist in the preparation of facility access control badges
- Absorb and conduct entry and exit inspections
- Absorb and assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control
- Absorb and maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing
- Absorb and assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices
- Absorb and perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience
- SAP experience required

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $73,965 - $98,785. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Scheduled Travel Hours: 10-25%
