About the role
We are seeking a creative Activity Director to lead the Recreation Department at Delmar Gardens on the Green Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years. Our diverse and unique mission and philosophy of Love, Care, and Understanding extend not only to our dear residents but equally to our invaluable staff.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and conduct a comprehensive activity program
- Recruit, schedule and manage invaluable volunteers
- Assist with community outreach efforts and special events
Requirements
- Missouri Activity Director Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class C CDL
Qualifications
- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation (preferred)
