We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Director with experience working with seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of the Activity Program
- Supervise, develop, and schedule all activity staff to include drivers and activity assistants according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Activity department supplies
- Ensure that activity rooms/areas are prepared for daily activity programming
- Manages the PSL Discovery Tool (Social History and Assessment), including completing monthly activity calendar, and all move in actions related to activities for all residents
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with one-year related experience and/or training preferred OR Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with related work experience OR 3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation

Pay
$62,500-$63,500 annually – based on experience
