About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Resident and family-focused activities planning
  • Team building initiatives
  • Facility culture development

Requirements

  • Certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF
  • Experience in nursing homes preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Activity Director Certification
  • Previous nursing home experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
