About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures.

- Facility culture development
Requirements
- Certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF
- Experience in nursing homes preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
Qualifications
- Activity Director Certification
- Previous nursing home experience
- Previous supervisory experience
