Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that activities align with individualized care plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and vendors to enhance programming
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and preferences
• Monitor and track activity programs to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Activity Director Certification is preferred but we will train the right motivated candidate and assist with enrollment in the required course work
