Activity Director

About the Role

As our new Activity Director, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your exceptional leadership and organizational skills will enable you to manage a team of activity staff and volunteers, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service will shine through in your interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activity program that addresses the diverse needs and interests of our residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that activities are integrated into the care plan and support resident goals
• Recruit, train, and supervise activity staff and volunteers to achieve program goals
• Plan and execute special events, such as holiday parties and celebrations
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
