Activity Director

AVIR Health Group is looking for a resident- and family-focused team builder who is excited to help shape facility culture. The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF.
• Activity Director Certification preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
