ACTIVITY CENTER OPERATIONS - Janitorial Maintenance I - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of building premises
• Move/lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Climb ladders up to 20 feet high
• Perform janitorial duties including operating power buffers, carpet cleaning equipment, and pressure washers
• Be knowledgeable with material safety data sheets and use appropriate protective equipment
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
