About the role
We assist in creating, planning, and implementing the Connections program, which includes daily activities for our residents. Our goal is to ensure the highest levels of resident leisure contentment, physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
- Work closely with Wellness Associates to implement Connections activity programs.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the Connections activity program for the community.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting (Preferred).
- Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
