What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing and planning activity programs for residents
• Carry out the activity calendar and support daily scheduled activities
• Promote spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social engagement
• Support residents on both a group and individual basis
• Encourage participation while respecting residents’ interests and abilities
• Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all residents
