Activity Assistant and Bus Driver- Part Time

Responsibilities

• Encourage and engage residents to participate in activities
• Aid with outings and community activities
• Coordinate with Activity Director to support programming needs
• Provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and appointments
• Aid residents in and out of vehicles, including mobility support
• Secure wheelchairs and ensure passenger safety
• Maintain vehicles (cleaning, fueling, basic inspections)
• Document vehicle condition and support compliance (registration, licensing)

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CDL may be required based on community needs
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Passion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences
