Activity Aide

About the role

We’re looking for a caring, energetic Activity Aide/Assistant to help create a positive, engaging environment for our residents. In this role, you’ll assist with planning, setting up, and leading activities that support socialization, enjoyment, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily recreational and social activities
• Help set up materials and activity spaces
• Encourage participation and engagement
• Support special events, outings, and holiday programs
• Interact respectfully and warmly with residents/participants
• Document participation as needed
• Work collaboratively with the activities team and other staff
