Activity Aide – Part-Time Haven of Bridgeport Part-Time | 3:00 PM–7:00 PM plus Every Other Weekend Bring Joy to Every Day! Haven of Bridgeport is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activity Aide to join our team! If you enjoy working with people and creating meaningful experiences, this is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. As an Activity Aide, you’ll help plan and lead engaging activities that promote socialization, independence, creativity, and overall quality of life. What You’ll Do Lead and assist with group and one-on-one resident activitiesPlan and support recreational programs, special events, and celebrationsEncourage resident participation and social engagementBuild positive relationships with residents and promote a sense of communityAssist with Resident Council meetings and monthly engagement initiativesMaintain accurate activity documentationWork collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and other departmentsMaintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment What We’re Looking For Previous experience in activities, recreation, social programming, healthcare, or senior living is preferredCompassionate and enthusiastic approach to working with residentsCreative and energetic personalityStrong communication and organizational skillsDependable, responsible, and able to work as part of a teamMust be available to work 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and every other weekend Why Join Haven of Bridgeport?
