About the role

Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Alabama. Edenbrook Platteville, part of the Eden Senior Care Network and a skilled nursing facility, is seeking an Activity Aide to join our wonderful facility.

Schedule

Part-Time Activity Assistant: 10 AM to 5 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; 8 AM to 12:30 PM every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Pay

$16–$17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing activities to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and emotional needs of residents
• Create environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each day
• Help design programs to encourage socialization
• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment and improve daily living skills
• Prepare and maintain reports on resident's progress
• Ensure activity areas are safe and well maintained
• Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate participation
