Activity Aide

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Aide to join our activities department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead various activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and entertainment programs
• Assist residents with daily living skills, including grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Engage residents in social activities, promoting socialization and community building
• Monitor and document resident participation and feedback
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and person-centered approach to care
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
