Activity Agent

About the Role

Greet and serve resort guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check-in, and stay at the property. Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude towards all guests and employees. Provide services to guests personally or refer requests to the appropriate department manager. May answer inquiries about the resort's amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment, and directions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to enhance the vacation experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude toward guests and staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests, either directly or by referring to the appropriate department.
• Assist with check-in and other guest-related processes.
• Adapt to frequent changes in tasks and handle high-stress customer demand in a hospitality environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• People-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $20.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
